Shipping and delivery
Denise.cat ships worldwide with Correos Express (Spain) and DHL (international).
You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched, if you require any additional information please contact sales@denise.cat
Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday and deliveries will be made from Monday – Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
DENISE conduct business through a “limited edition” and “made to order” so we don’t overproduce. Some of our garments will be manufactured and prepared once payments have been confirmed and shipped in 2 weeks. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and shown when confirming your purchase; they might vary depending on the package’s destination, size, and weight.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order has been shipped. Shipping times should be used as a guide, and exact times will be confirmed upon issue of delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are listed below:
- Spain: 1-4 business days
- Europe: 1-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 1-8 business days
We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.
Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
