Orders

DENISE conduct business through a “limited edition” and “made to order” so we don’t overproduce and we run a business according to our values. Some of our garments will be manufactured and prepared once payments have been confirmed and shipped in 2 weeks.

Please note that orders will be processed Monday – Friday between 9 am to 3 pm. Those purchases placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

During periods with a higher volume of orders, the preparation time could take longer.

Once an order is successfully placed, an email will be sent to confirm the acquisition. At this stage the payment will be deducted from the client’s bank account. When the parcel is dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. It may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the parcel status after receiving the shipping confirmation email from us.

Payment methods

denise.cat accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal are also offered as a form of payment. When Pay Pal is chosen at checkout, clients will be redirected to the respective platform to complete their purchase before returning to denise.cat.
